PAQ collects Personal Information and other data to operate the Service, promote our offerings, and administer the Site and App effectively. We collect information at various points throughout the Service, including:

* **Activity Data:** Details about your interactions within the App, such as AQ points earned, activities logged (e.g., fitness, meditation, professional development), setbacks recorded, mood check-in data (e.g., mood levels, energy, stressors, emotions), and progress on quests. This data helps us personalize your experience and track your growth.
* **Quiz Results:** Information derived from personality, attachment, values, and belief-based quizzes you complete within the App. This includes your quiz answers, primary and secondary results, and any generated insights.
* **AI Coach Conversations:** Transcripts of your interactions with the AI Coach.
* **Community Content:** Information you choose to share publicly through the App’s community feed or private messages with other users.
* **Communication Data:** Records of your communications with us, such as support requests, feedback, or email correspondence.
* **Technical Data:** Standard internet log information about how and when you use the Site and App. This includes your IP address, device type, operating system, browser used, referring web addresses, pages visited, and other diagnostic data.
